Shekinah Glory Family Care Ministries was born out of a vision given to Apostle Margaret E. Harper, Pastor/Founder, in 1984, and it was birthed into manifestation October 2005.

The Mission of Shekinah Glory Family Care Ministries is to fulfill the mandate which God has given us to accomplish the vision Isaiah 61:1-9. The "Dreams" live on in the heart of the visionary. And as the dream lives, the work is also being accomplished. The gospel is being preached to the poor; the eyes of the blind are being opened to truth; the captives are being set free; the broken-hearted are being healed; and the Year of the LORD* is being taught.

The Ministry goes into the prison system, jail houses, educational system, streets, communities, hospitals and senior care homes teaching and preaching the Word of God. Lives are being changed and souls are bing won into the Kingdom of God.

Shekinah Glory is composed of warriors; ambassadors of the Kingdom of God, who have been mandated to serve as front-line soldiers on this battleship of life; called, anointed and appointed of God as part of the end-time remnant who operates under the Apostolic and Prophetic Anointing.

Realizing that it is not by our power, nor by our might but by the Spirit of a Living God, we seek the face of God in all things and operate according to His instructions and directives. As we are willing and obedient, we see the manifestations of the promises of God in our endeavors.
